He's a lovable Guy that's for sure!

I used Him for a Masculine Birthday Card, for A true Outdoorsman...

SNSDC92 : 3-2-1 Challenge - February's New Digi Stamps Release

This week over at Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge we are counting down, 3!!! 2!! 1!
(this challenge requires you to use 3 of something, 2 of another, and 1 of something else)

I used 3 Carrots for my embellishments, 2 Bunny Digi Images, and 1 Bow.

I just LOVE the New Digi Release Stamp Sets
from Sweet'nSassy Stamps! These Cute little Bunnies, Sentiments, & Springtime Add Ons are just Adorable! For your Best Chance to win ALL the Digi Stamp Sets in the February Digi Release, Simply Comment on All the Design Team Members Blogs! You could also have a chance at winning by playing along the whole Month of February on Our Sweet'n Sassy Digi Challenge Blog!

I tend to use the Computer Program - Paint, and this time I used it to flip Jellybeans with Easter Egg so He/She could face my JellyBeans with Carrot (which gave it a more personal touch), and one of the Bees also got flipped around. I also used it to combine my Sentiment and Images. Also with a few strokes of the "paint brush" the bees made dotted trails behind them. :)

And for the first time ever, I finally used my Tattered Angel Glimmer Mist Spray! It was so much Fun! I simply left my Spellbinders Die cut on, and spritzed my Sentiment a few times, let it dry, removed the Die... And VOILA! It left a ring of white, with a light shimmery blue over my Sentiment. It also enhanced my Copic Coloring! & The Shimmer Effect doesn't rub off at all! (but you can't see it in the pictures... )

Plus I know my MIL (Stephanie) would be so Proud of me! I looked up a tutorial on how to make bows with a fork, but didn't have a fork wide enough to make the size bow needed, So I grabbed my handy dandy Scissors, made a double looped bow and it too came out "Just-Wright!" (the Tutorials on YouTube are step by step and Super-Duper Easy!)

(The Picture Above is just showing the Detail of scallops on my card.)

Pink & Black/SNSDC91 - stackable boxes

This week at Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge we are getting our Pink on! The Challenge is to use Pink/Black Combo on a Card/Project.

For my Pink/Black Project I wanted to make a gift for someone, Something really special... So when I found these wooden boxes (set of 3) at Walmart in the Paint section I knew they would be perfect for this Challenge!

First I primed my boxes & then I used Beetle Black (M.S. Paint - Satin) on the Lids, & Arrowhead (M.S. Paint - Satin) on the box. I grabbed this Sweet Heart with Wings Digi Image from the All My Heart  digi stamp set - from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps...

My Hubby took me shopping at Michaels and bought me a new Cricut Cartridge that I absolutely LOVE, Ornamental Iron 2!!! It had the perfect scroll work I was looking for. I also cut 1/2 in strips of swiss dot embossed bazzill basic papers in Pirouette and Ballet, (Sorta looks like a V.S. Bag)

For the Image to have more POP, I simply cut it out and layered it on black cardstock to make the coloring stand out more.

SNSDC90 - I Dig You! Valentine Treats

This Week on Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge We are Working on our LOVE for one Another... The Challenge is Valentines or a Love Card

I got this Valentine idea from Pinterest & fell in love!

I realized I needed a cute idea for Jack's Sunday School Class Valentines,  I needed about 25 Valentines... (WOWZERS) & I wanted to make them especially from Jack. Our Family is known to  love anything about the Beach, if it has anything to do with the Sun & the Sand... we are there! So I looked on Pinterest and found these great "I dig you" Valentine Treat Bags!

I went ahead and bought the Shovels, candy, cellophane bags, & cardstock... But soon realized I didn't have the perfect Image for my Treat Tags! YIKES!!!

So I made a quick visit to Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps and bought Hello Summer Digi Set, I used the Pail and Shovel Digi from the set.

You might notice a little change in Korin's digi stamp... Well thats because I added a heart and stripe on the bucket, and a few minor adjustments. I needed it to be more of a "Valentine's" Day style digi, and the Heart added that special touch! To make the changes I simply used the computer program everyone has come to love, known as Paint! It was fast, & super easy!

I absolutely love that about Digis! They are so versatile! But to make sure everyone knows:
I am not selling these little cuties, nor am I saying the art work is mine in anyway.
